The Heart Hospital Expansion
The Baylor Scott and White McKinney cardiovascular care expansion was built as an addition to the Heart Hospital. Through the addition of inpatient beds, procedure rooms, post-anesthesia care units, outpatient nursing unit and staff support spaces BSW expanded cardiovascular care in North Texas.
Lounge seating adds an element of luxury in the lobby that supports the 5-star guest experience
The vast lobby space was envisioned as an opportunity to enable the holistic interaction between patients, families and nature. With multi function furniture groupings along the expansive window walls, dining areas and touchdown seating the space supports this design principle central to the Baylor Scott and White experience.
