Hensel Phelps Construction Company is a national construction firm with offices located throughout the United States. The new Southwest District Office was designed to replace an outdated existing Austin location and act as a showcase for the company’s abilities and expertise in their craft.

The project was completed on time and under budget and earned Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council.

The building was designed to maximize natural light with large windows at the private offices and expansive side lights allowing abundant light to be shared with the core spaces. Sustainable materials such as reclaimed pecan, cast concrete countertops and natural cork flooring were used throughout the interior.
