The three-story building, 39,000 gsf complex houses 70 offices, training rooms, an 150 seat auditorium and a 1500 sf visualization computer lab on the first floor. Upper levels provide space for private offices, conference rooms and support spaces for TACC faculty and staff. The project was developed as a design build partnership between Flintco, O’Connell Robertson and E+M.

E+M worked closely with architects, administration and faculty to develop collaborative lobby and lounge areas where researchers could naturally engage with staff. Furniture in these areas was selected to be easily reconfigured to accommodate group seating areas for client gatherings.
