In the past 10 years at the firm, Carli has cultivated lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike, leading complex projects with a foundation of trust, empathy, and collaboration. She is experienced in developing healthcare design standards, navigating budget operational challenges, and delivering WELL and LEED accredited environments that balance beauty, performance, and long-term value.

Carli believes exceptional design begins with listening to clients, team members, and the communities that will ultimately live, work, learn, and heal within these spaces. Known for combining creativity with efficiency, she approaches each project with curiosity, optimism, and a passion for solving problems in innovative ways.

Outside the office, Carli enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, caring for her growing collection of plants, and finding inspiration through art and travel.
